Section Lengths (L)
The length of the straight runs should be 20 feet or less (For example: A conveyor 76 feet long would be divided into 3 - 20' sections and 1 - 16' section.)
Conveyor Frame Width (W)
The measurements you provide should be the exact width of the conveyor. We will add enough to the width to produce the appropriate sag.
Inner Circumfrence (IC)
The length of the inside curve. Measure from the exact beginning of curve to the exact end of curve.
Inside Width (IW)
This is measured as a straight line across curve.
Overlaps
Please specify if there is a need for a lap on either one or both ends of straight runs.
"S" hooks
Catch pans should be hung using "S" hooks or "S" hooks and chains from grommets to conveyor frame. "S" hooks can be provided - Please specify.
Construction
Catch pans are constructed from 18 oz. vinyl coated nylon.
Colors
Available in Red, Green, Blue, White, Gray or Yellow - Please specify color.
Grommets
These will be spaced 24" o.c. (on center) on straight runs and 12" o.c. on curves.
